Overview
The Cisco Certified Technician Supporting Cisco Routing and Switching Network Devices training focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco® routers, switches, and operating environments. This training will help Field Engineers idenitify Cisco router and switch models, accessories, cabling, and interfaces; understand the Cisco Internetwork Operating System (Cisco IOS®) software operating modes and identify commonly found software. You will also be able to use the Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) to connect and service products.
This training prepares you for the 100-490 RSTECH v3.0 exam. If passed, you earn the Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Routing and Switching certification.
